2 quick questions - Guild Wars Forums

ok i surched the forum but to no aveail

ok my 2 questiosn r

can u get orlas as soon as u reach LA?, yes i have NF but my mes is from pre and i wasnt sure whether u can as my borther could get his orlas when he entered LA at first, is it when u assend? and the same for the factions 1?

and in the forge run i remember at one portal there was a point where a mod of stone summit came and walked right past ur spawn by protal, and killed u. does this still happen or is it best to go to kinang to get max armor?

Actually not a bad question. The way I've always done it is to take my proph or factions characters to NF and do the the easy quests to get Koss and company. Not sure whatwould happen if you tried to make Olias your first hero.

yes, on the docks, there is a guy who's name starts with an F you can get the quest from, Olias is the hero

they moved the quest starter to kamadan in consulate docks

there still is a mob that goes by the portal. if you're worried about the survivor title, just go to kaineng for max armor.

Yeah, ANet has tweaked the Olias and Sunspears in Kryta & Cantha quests.

My modus operandi has been to get my Factions born characters over to Elona as soon as possible in order to get the Heroes.

Used to be that Sunspears in Kryta (the quest to get to Elona from Tyria) was the easiest to do...but I found that the mob patrols have changed and lower level henchmen make it much more difficult.

Sunspears in Cantha is now much easier, IMO.

Gaining Olias is now a min-mission instead of the static encounter it used to be.
